The daffodils began showing a couple of weeks ago. I saw the buds had formed last week. Today the first bloom opened in the sunshine along my front walk. With more cold weather to come, it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

Whaaat?!! It has only gone about 9* for two days in the last… ummm… four weeks I think. Still very much a cold winter here. Daffodils! Pah!!

Wow! My friend’s daffodils in central CA are just a few green sprouts peeking up. Yours are really early. Mine in Montana don’t bloom til late April! I hope yours last.
