My Hibiscus bloomed today. After sitting in the Summer heat the past couple months with no flowers, it opened up once again with two gorgeous blooms. Now that the temperatures have cooled some, it has been rejuvenated. There are a couple more buds starting to develop as well.

I have a Hibiscus in that colour. It was mostly just flowers about a month ago until I realised a bug was eating a the leaves.

You’re welcome, Dwight! If we’re lucky this year, the maples will take on the same vibrant orange.

Our fall foliage has been a little dull the last several years. It’s dependent on the vagaries of the summer weather.

It does seem that way! Not sure if it is the rain or the drought that brings out the color.

I’m not sure either. I expect that the Old Farmer’s Almanac could tell us.

Beautiful Dwight. I had the very same problem with my hibiscus this year, but now I see a few buds. 🌺 I’m looking forward to their “one-day” full bloom!!! LOL 💐 Happy Sunday my friend! 😃

Whoa, I’m impressed Mr. HGTV!!! 🌺 💐 🌷 I try to make sure their thirst is quenched, but the sun has been brutal. I’m so glad it is a few degrees cooler than it has been. Hugs to Ruth! 🤗 Thanks my friend! 😎

They’re lovely hibiscus, Dwight. I know you have many colors. I only have red. They seem to bloom year round. I think we have warmer weather.
