Today was a beautiful day for a walk around the park. As I was walking, I looked down and was captivated by the prints on the pavement. Leaf prints and, in the mix, a few dog prints as well. What an interesting canvas for art prints!

I was thinking the same thing – it’s the little things in life!
Dwight – I think that is the most wonderful thing about the way you blog – you always notice such things!

Thank you David, I have little else to do since I am retired and relegated to staying home during this Covid epidemic! I have always loved nature in all its details. I am fotunate to live in a house that backs up to a neighboring wooded area, so I get the benefit of it all… birds and wildlife!

that is such a beautiful canvas Dwight that leaves after prints on the mind for me with thoughts of who walked this path before me figuatively and in actuality. We are the sum of all of our parts and when I go to the lake where the Pomo Indians lived, I imagine I was one of them. Might we be walking where great leaders once walked daily and do we have to go to the sites they visited to feel their presecnce or can we just imagaine we were there. I prefer that later for now. At first I thought they were racoon prints.. lol. Happy Sunday! ❤️ Cindy

Thank you for you thoughtful comment! We never know who might have gone before us or lived where we live. It is great to imagine what the past might have held. I loved the prints as soon as I saw them. They were so unusual from the regular muddy prints you usually see on a walkway! Have a great weekend!

I still can’t figure out why both prints are the same color. One would thing that leaves and muddy dog prints would be different colors.
