Today at d’Verse. Lisa asked us to write a poem using the word Clown. I have no first hand knowledge of Clowns, so I decided to clown around with my poem which I wrote in Tanka form. Hope it makes you smile!

  1. Ahh, I love this poem. Every time I’d see these frogs on my window, they’d just scare me. Seriously, I don’t get all the hype with clowns, but frogs? They’re just weird, and yes I admit, a tad frightening to me. I think it’s just how they look, and their eyes, oh dear lord and all things ribbity…

Very nice piece here and it’s a great take on the prompt. Wonderful work!
