Birthday Bird

Today I turned 70 years old! I can’t imagine being that old. Used to seem really old, but now not so much. I have been blessed with good health and am thankful to still be going strong at this age. I had the gift of  a beautiful Rose Breasted Gross Beak at my sunflower feeder today. I saw one last summer for the first time. It was here for a day and then gone. I figured they must be passing through. It was special to see this one and photograph it as it nibbled away on my sunflower seeds. Here are a few shots for you to see as well.
